Overview

As a founding member of our newly formed yacht syndicate, you have the limited opportunity to own and enjoy a superyacht with minimal financial burden. Our syndicate consists of 4 (potentially 5) members who share a common goal: to purchase a luxurious used yacht in the 100' - 120' range, valued between $4 - $6 million.

Each member will contribute ~$1.3 million for the yacht investment and receive at least 5 weeks of usage per year. Each member will also contribute approximately ~$50,000 per year for operating costs and maintenance.

Target Q1 2025 for yacht purchase

Create legal structure and member operating rules

Infrastructure build out after completing syndicate. (Scheduling, rules etc)

Looking for full service, professional yacht and charter management.

To make yacht ownership more accessible and financially sustainable, we will incorporate a charter component, targeting 10 weeks of income. Charter revenue will mostly offset the operating and maintenance costs minimizing future investments.
