This site is a temporary marketing resource to identify 3-4 additional syndicate members to purchase, operate, charter and enjoy 5+ weeks per year on a luxury yacht.  

Ideally, the syndicate will operate for 4-6 years and sell or trade the yacht for a newer generation boat.   There are no rules to the syndicate until all members draft and approve operating rules.   We are not bound by a pre-defined structure.   A new LLC will be formed to provide liability protection and allow members to sell or transfer their shares.
